Welcome

The large Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a love seat that folds into an additional  single bed.  There is a flat screen smart TV, private bathroom, dresser and walk-in closet for storage.

The second bedroom features a double bed with a bunk over it, a single bed and a single
trundle; accommodating up to five people. There is a flat screen TV, private bathroom, dresser and a large closet for storage.

The living room features a gas fireplace and two leather sofas that fold out into double beds.  There is a smart TV and also a porch with a gas barbecue.  The dining room table seats up to eight people.

The kitchen features an enlarged granite island (50% larger than the standard condo kitchen) with 4 counter stools for seating.  USB outlets are located under the island for easy phone charging.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.  It also has a microwave, dishwasher, gas stove and Instant Pot. There is a gas grill on the balcony

There are 3 full baths in this unit, making it easier for all of your guests to get ready for their ski day or dinner at night.  Both bedrooms have a private bath attached to them.  An additional 3rd bath is off of the kitchen hosts a third shower giving you ample space for everyone. 

Gear up and walk over to the Lower Beaver Creek Express Ski Lift to begin your day.  When done, just return and head inside to the private locker room complete with boot warmers and plenty of storage.  Leave your car behind in the heated parking garage.   

The building's private locker room, on the first floor, allows you to ski directly out to Lower Beaver Creek Express and have you skiing in minutes. From there you can take Upper Beaver Creek Express to access Beaver Creek Mountain, or ski down to Bachelor's Gulch Lift to access all of Bachelors Gulch or Arrowhead,

At lunch time or the end of the day, take the  "Leav the Beav" trail next to the Ritz Carlton Pool  all the way to Beaver Creek Landing's back door. 

The "Leav the Beav" trail ends right at the side of our building next to the Lower Beaver Creek Express Lift at our back door. 

Enjoy music, marshmallows and hot and cold beverages at the Apres Ski at the Ritz Carlton before jumping on the "Leav the Beav Trail" to head home for the day.

Enter the  "Leav the Beav" trail just to the left of the Ritz Carlton's pool.

Rest and Relaxation awaits you at the year-round pool and hot tub. There is also a game room, fitness center and fire pit on the property.

Beaver Creek has a world famous ski-school located in the village.  Whether you are a beginner, want to hone your skills, or take your skiing to a whole different level.  BC ski school has something for everyone. 

The BC free shuttle will have you in the village in minutes.
